Beforeall of this i was using LineageOS 14.1 for like 3 or 4 years (a long time anyway) and right before flashing MIUI everything was working perfectly fine. I'm also 100% sure my phone is Kenzo since MIFlash won't let me flash any Kate software but Kenzo software is getting flashed with no problems.

Maybethe easiest way to do that by downloading custom miui rom like multirom, xiaomi.eu, epic, etc as ur wish then, extract only the firmware-update and meta inf, inside meta inf look for updater-script and edit it with any kind of text based app editor like notepad++ or else, or the meta inf you can take from the strix cm14 firmware, or psyman, etc.
